Minebea Intec forms part of the sensing device business unit at the Minebea Group, a leading global manufacturer of high-precision bearings and components and a supplier of innovative and high quality precision and measuring technologies. The focus here is on helping manufacturers to optimise their processes so that products leaving production are of the correct quality and free from contamination.

The Minebea Intec product portfolio includes industrial scales, process vessel and silo scales, checkweighers, metal detectors, X-ray inspection systems, process software solutions and after-sales-services.

In India the company has 148 employees with all new production facility measuring about 38,000 sq ft with 29,000 sq ft purely for manufacturing process.
